The bow on Snow's boat and the pawnshop boat are different.

The pawnshop boat has no place for oars on the side.

Snow's boat is green. The pawnshop boat is not.

The seats are different in Snow's boat compared to the pawnshop boat.

The pawnshop boat has sharp ends. Snow's boat has a flat stern.

I think the boat in Mr. Gold's shop is the one from the Little Mermaid when Ariel and Eric getting ready to kiss for the first time.

Snow's boat is a row boat - wide, flat stern. The one in the pawn shop is a canoe, pointed on both the bow and stern.

Maybe it belongs to Pocahontas if it's a canoe. I think it kinda looks similar...but its hard to tell.
